Accessibility statement

Website accessibility

Everyone should be able to find information and book a treatment easily. This site is built to Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA, under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

Automated accessibility checks of the site pass. A manual review — full keyboard and screen-reader navigation — is in progress. What it finds will be fixed and this statement updated.

Adjustments made

• Language and reading direction set on every page — Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right.
• A clear heading structure, and navigation regions labelled for screen readers.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images.
• A visible focus indicator when navigating by keyboard.
• Text-to-background colour contrast that passes the automated checks.
• The operating system's “reduce motion” setting is respected — animations are switched off.
• Browser zoom is not blocked.
• The mobile navigation menu is labelled for screen readers (open and close).
• Phone and WhatsApp as direct links.

Not yet accessible or not yet checked

• The manual keyboard and screen-reader review is not yet complete (see above).
• Links to outside services — WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram — lead to sites whose accessibility is their operators' responsibility.

Access to the clinic

The clinic is in the garden of the house on Rachel and Shmuel Idelson Street, Tzahala, Tel Aviv, with street parking nearby. If you need any adjustment to get there or during treatment, call or WhatsApp before your visit and we will arrange it in advance.

Reporting an accessibility problem
